ursper livves a few blocks away from me and has already expressed that he does not want to stay in astoria. but if he wants to see the apt he should email me.
$1100 is a guess, i pay $1200 and i have a large 2bedroom.
i dont have all the info nor am i making any guarantees in landing the apt.
but if someone is definitely interested, i will push for them to get it as the girl that lives in there only told me today and she just called the landlord today as well.
also make sure if you want it that you have good credit! because there will be a credit check!
another thing that must be addresssed is NO PETS!!!
sorry if you have any, the landlords do not allow it.
