The quality is pretty awesome.
I downloaded BitLord (www.bitlord.com), and then get the torrents from Isohunt (www.isohunt.com) or Mininova (www.mininova.org). The episode is usually up the morning/day after the one on TV first airs, and it's usually at the top of the list.
