if you go up to a chinese guy and say that to them, they will find it offensive, cause he is not your buddy.
if i called you a nigga, you will find it offensive cause i am not your buddy.
but your asian buddy, who calls you nigga, you wont find it offensive.
so you cant say that its just all language and no one cares about it
