I always listen to The Smiths. They are one of the greatest bands of all time, never anyone like them before them and never anyone like them after them.
If you come to Chicago Sunday Nov 6 you can hear my band's version of There Is A Light we're doing as a cover. I have no desire to do cover songs, but this is a compromise with a bandmate.
At least we're doing a Smiths song...they're the only band I plan on ever covering.
Hopefully we'll have it recorded.
