ad agency = long hours, better pay, free soft drinks in the kitchen, yearly holiday parties where you smoke tons of cigars and play secret santa, free tickets to concerts, office politics, long hours, many many revisions, free tickets to sporting events, generous christmas bonus, moral struggles, big clients, witty people, late nights, and fake deadlines.
