but seed that soesnt work as a lot of very pvn regulars wh oare part of ntpe2 did not send yet.
i just want to know who they are, i want them to speak for themselves, as to why they havent sent.
i know money is a huge issue in sending the prints around the world. when i first joined i didnt even stop to think about the cost involved.
i wouldnt want people who post daily to have more freedom in joining the ntpe over someone who signed up 5 years ago with 3 posts total in the pvn. to me that makes no sense and its predjudice.
but the reality is, signing up for the ntpe meant staying with the deadline that was over 1 month ago and if the people who still havent sent their prints cant get their work out i would really like to know why.
