Not going to say anyone is wrong for what they use - I used to religiously use Image Ready for rollovers, all the slices, stuff like that. THEN put it into Dreamweaver and do the HTML aspects of a page.
Now, after having learned quite a bit of CSS and applying the same approach as developing a layout in Photoshop as if I were setting up for tables, it's really the right mix I like. My coding has gotten much better, and it seems second nature now to do rollovers or other similiar things.
