And no, Paley had no concept of the cell or DNA. Irreducibly complexity again, states that it is ordered in a particular way and requires all of it's parts simultaneously - remove one and it fails. Natural processes would remove unecessary components thus preventing these from being constructed in the first place (and that's giving the false notion that mindless processes even make an attempt at assembly at the molecular level).
