  I don't know.
  I've always used dreamweaver, so I'd say it's easier, but a few years ago golive was more of a mac thing, so mac users used to be into golive, but now it's up to you.
  Dreamweaver has a bigger market share I believe so there's more tips sites and extensions available.
  It also seem to be high on employers lists.

  or you could just use notepad / textEdit if you're hardcore.
