yeah, they have this whole protocol about it.
like in america we just flip someone our card and they pocket it or whatever
but in japan you give it to someone with your right hand, they grasp it carefully with both hands while bowing, then look at the front, the back, then comliment it. then they take out their case and place it carefully _on top_ of their own and everyone else's cards in the case.
then it's repeated for the other person.
the way we do it is an insult to them
