    I'm not arguing with the physical evidence. However I do argue with their ultimate conclusion which is a theory and a flawed assessment.

    So they find a fossil in a layer of some sedimentary rock, super. However, just because they find one hobbit-like bone or skull doesn't mean that there was a tribe or great number of these individuals. Do dwarfs not exist in modern day times? Are there not genetic mutations? If they exist today, they existed in the yesteryear. The Law of Uniformitarianism holds true, even in paleobiology.
