i actually stopped all useage, the 6th was the last time i smoked, and its been ages for all the others, i even stopped drinking caffine, and i only eat organic or at the very least try to, i try to exercise daily, and i am in a great headset!!!
but you aare right, long term its bad news!!!
i am changing my ways and i want to be healthy as possible!!!
