kOna, I don't think the 40 virgin thing is the driving passion sending these guys off...that's just a bit of propaganda thinking...stopping at that level of analysis will ensure we don't ever understand the enemy...you might as well believe that we're in Iraq for a Crusade, as Bin Laden tries to tell his people...
