haha.
that actually puts a different spin on it. when i was in my 20s and living in nola people that i knew from up north were always on about 'but it's so dangerous! it's the murder capital of america!' blah blah blah. and it used to be the murder capital of the world and all (per capita, anyway).
i always thought that was a stupid reason not to visit a place or, indeed, live there.
still my favourite city on the planet. or was, anyway.
so, yeah, fuck it. i'll come up there and rough up some neds with y'all! i'm in a cracking mood for it today, too. horrorshow!
