cancer alone kills more than guns each year
automobile accidents alone kill more than guns each year
gun owners on average must be more responsible than you give them credit for because as you say guns shoot
maybe its other crime, such as theft that has given guns such a bad image. a car driven by someone responible and educated on car safety can go faster and perform better than if driven by a novice. the same goes for the operation of a gun
