    Get felt stickers made. Stick'em on the cards. Voila.

    Order the damned thing in two parts:
    1) felt sticker logo
    2) plain ass (and thus cheap) cardstock business cards with all the other necessary info.

    Then have someone do the biatch work to apply the sticker. Then each card will have a semi-unique placement of "felt"... and it is thus, with feeling. :^)
