depends on how its was designed, if you don't know flash you probably wont be able to do much with it even if you do decompile it. anyways they are $60 or something and with the strength of the pound thats cheap.
if you want to learn flash there are tons of resources out there. i only see decompliers as essentially a way to rip off someone else stuff
