definently have it w/ the correspondences i had a client that didnt want to pay so i just scanned in all the emails / faxes / etc into a nice pdf and emailed it to them w/ a nice note stating if i didnt receive at least 1/2 of final payment i would either start charging interest or having my lawyer friend attack.
