    we are not using the paypal basket we are using our own-built one.
    we are only using the paypal checkout.

    its only when the user clicks to go to the checkout that it sends all the info over.

    i never built the thing so im not sure how its done technically.
    theres PDF documents on paypal that you can download to take you through step by step what to do.
    i had a brief look at it but it went over my head so i just passed it onto our programmer ;)
