the K1000 is the best camera, I've had mine over 15 years.
I love the way it looks, all beat up and used. I'll never upgrade.

(Sep 29 05, 07:58The k1000 is good as long as it is the Asahi version. They made a plastic series after that :(
I used to own a k1000 then I traded it in for a Contax G1. Probably the best camera I have owened to date.
My digital camera is canon s45. Kind of sucks, need a dslr.
