Definetely. She won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1988 with the song "Ne partez pas sans moi". And what about one of her greatest hits "Pour que tu m'aimes encore"? Not that I'm a fan, but just wanted to point out that she DOES "sings" (don't know the English word for the noise a cat makes at night - is it also miauw?) in French.
