    Im in Toronto.eerr just outside.

    I ordered a package, it came thurs, i wasnt home they left a door knocker and did not include the waybill no. that they were supposed to write down.

    Next day they come again, I am home all day but to my suprise I find they have left another knocker with o waybill no.

    So I call them and all this stuff, the lady tries to pull some shit over my head and says shes shceduled for it to arrive on monday morning. I am home all day AND i have signed the slip and stuck it to my door so they will leave it.

    No show.

    So I call them back, again, another angry customer service representative tells me no one ever scheduled for it to come monday. So I tell her to schedule it for pick up cause I really need my package.

    She says I cant because I dont have the waybill no. and neither do i. So I fucking freak out cause Amazon.co.uk dosnt't give you the waybill when you order, they should have written it down on the delivery slip.

    So they put me on hold and mysteriously find the waybill no. and say it will arrive on tuesday. I already told them I needed it and wanted to pick up at the local location (20 min drive from me). Apparently,,,,, thats not possible (even though its clearly one of the options) and they say it would arrive this morning. I stick that slip back on my door so they will leave the package since I am away at school, and yes.. you guessed it, again they do not deliver my shit.

    I commend Amazon.co.uk for refunding my shipping costs, but they shouldn't have to make up for DHL's shitty service. I should just wait for the delivery guy IF he comes tomorrow and swing out of the maple tree in my front yard and sucker punch that tard in the throat.
