i charge by the hour, I feel it's easier for a client to justify the work & time spent on a project.
if you do shit work and it takes you a week (40hrs) they tell you..."go fuck yourself."
if you do badass work and it takes you a week (40hrs) then they tell you..."yeah, that looks about right." cha-ching!
