that software package is just a collection of hacks for 1.5 firmware. if you bought your psp in the last couple months or have upgraded the firmware it will do nothing for you.
there are currently no hacks like this for new and/or european psps (2.0 firmware)
if you have a 1.5 and want help with emulation or anything let me know and i'll set you straight.
