.....some of the drawbacks would be that life in the suburbs isn't quite as cool as living downtown...and mortgage payments (literally 'grip of death') are a pain...but it's way cooler than paying rent i suppose..
cuz it's 'mah house' (said in ridiculous eddie murphy accent)anyhow...your gonna be 30.
