To view all applications in OSX-->
click on "about this mac" under the apple on the left. a window will then open up and tell you the ram and os version you are running. then click on the "more info" button at the bottom of the window. then click the "Applications" tab.To delete an Application -->
Simply find the application you want to delete and drag it to the trash if there is no uninstall file associated with it. Most apps are stand alone apps like Internet Explorer but on occasion you will find apps that are in their own folder like Adobe Acrobat 5.0. in this case simply delete the whole folder and your all set. Sometimes its best to search the hard drive for any other instances or ancillary files the app may have originally installed.
