i was hit by an 18 wheeler/ rig trying to pass me on a tight right hand bend.. i was sandwiched up against the right curb (high one) until the rear set of wheels on the trailer hit me from behind. i was propelled fwd at mach speeds and did a full head-over-heels in the air while still clipped into the pedals... and landed safely on the sidewalk.
good times.
8 years later and the sound of a rig coming up from behind still creeps me out.
