That sometimes happens to my sounds in large flash files I try to export. Just exporting again usually fixes it for me. I also noticed that if you compress the sounds files alot the sound distortion tends to happen less. If none of them work I'd delte the sound and clean out your library and then import the sound again. Export the swf and see if that fixes it for you. Is your file large? Or are your sound files large?
