dude. seriously if you honestly think it's not working now, get out. better now than 7 years down the road when kids are involved.
spontaneity is key here. get out of the daily come home from work, change, eat and sit on the couch and watch tv while you two talk about how shitty work was. that's no fun for anybody.
go on a mini vacation. go to a strip club. take her golfing and beat the shit out of the cart. it's fun. trust me. i took my girl and she drove the fucker through the sand trap. twice.
take her on dates too. ask her out. they love that shit. after 3 years of being together i still ask her out on dates.
