    hmmm....

    I been with my partner for 12+years and yes, relationships are hard work but you will know between the two of you if it is worth carrying on.
    It does just sound like you are both in a routine.
    Mix it up a little, go travelling together, stop working so hard, spend some time with eachother.. and talk about it.

    Or take Toe-Knee's advice and mix it with Scarabin's advice.

    You got a party right there..
