There's a video on 1up, ign or some other site showing Hideo turning the lighting on/off, moving it, moving the camera and what not. It's real-time alright. Then again, MGS always use the in-game engine so I never doubted it. Plus it says so in the damn trailer. HIDEO for the WIN!
