  You can try what piper said. I think the only thing you can do is to post your question on online forums and the official and unofficial sites to get some info, if not a direct answer.

  I know that a lot of these shows are said to take place in the USA, but are usually filmed in Canada, such as Queer as Folk and The L Word.
