I've never had NT crash FX, but as for the flash buttons in relation to the PBS and PVN they do not show up.
To get htem to show up on the PVN, I have to Respond > Cancel, then the buttons show up on NT's refresh.
As of yet only manually reloading the PBS frame works for me, but still no buttons.
