i like the last 2 illustrations.
you can be just one guy and have a logo. potential clients won't care or notice if you do good work for them.
you know where you want to go as a designer. take what you what from people's suggestions and make your own decisons on what you think would help. design by committee never works...even if the committee is a bunch of designers. we all have different tastes.
that being said...(IMHO) if you want to showcase your illustrations...build your site on that. have illustrations as the main point of your design. treat your site as an illustration. let the information interact with the art.
