You guys might find it interesting that a friend of mine who lived and grew up in Lafayette, Louisiana, round about 100 miles away actually said that the majority of NO was a ghetto. There are areas there, besides all the death, that will easily make out from this hurricane. Crazy right? But thats the economic truth of it all. New buidlings and developments will be everywhere. Think Berlin after WWII, but in better condition.
