yes - that's all fine to charge for - just make sure you're not gouging or padding and using ancillary shit as an excuse.
if it's exhorbant - I get pissed at vendors... it's kind of like McDonald's having the nerve to charge you almost two bucks for a 12 ounce coke that's half ice.
... bottom line... cover your charges... but show some love by not 'marking up' the little shit.. I don't think it's necessary unless you've got set rules and an insane accounting department that requires you rape to live. (that was over the top) :)
