http://frozendeadgumby.com/nt/ye…so last friday i had a issued a major complaint to the current design team staff, saying how incompetent and lazy they are, as the owner is congratulating me on a great work week from myself and the n places a number on a piece of paper, i take tear it in a few peices and return him my own paper with my own number which is the 6 figure kind also satating that if he wants me he needs to fire his current staff so i could run the division my own way...
today is the day that i will meet with him on this hopefully final interview...
aalso an email was sent outto all of design about their lack of attendance to the company and how they take advantage will stop immeadiately and they will begin to dock these idiots for anytime they are not in the office which they always leave in the middle of the day to go god knows where...so freaking incapable and now i am watching them squirm wondering why their mistakes are slapping them in their faces!!!!
hahahaha!!!! the scorpio in me loves when others suffer for their own idiotic stupidity!!!!!
