they get the min. hourly pay, the tip is just a bonus, no?. If they don't like it, they can go find another job.

-----------------------------the same can be said for the customer. Don't like to tip? Then go home or find another bar that will put up with it. I think a lot of people don't like bartenders in general. Yeah, I know some people that make $200,000+ bartending, and then I know those guys that are barely making it and it's their career. I mean these guys are 40+ years old raising a family. It's no different than any other job in the sense that you're there to get paid; earn a living.
