If the only extra feature you use on the tro is email, the blackberry might be better for you - its more like a cell phone with a keyboard than a pda, so it wont crash as much or miss calls and all that, but the interface does suck, so does the speakerphone.. i personally have the big ugly xv6600 windows pda phone and i can remote desktop into my server over verizons wireless broadband and do minor updates and fix any problems on websites immediately, from everywhere, and that makes it very worth it.
