haha, take the crit and learn from it. Promoting yourself in front of your peers makes you come off like an egomaniac. You won't find work here, why would we send work your way when we can do it ourselves. I have not really noticed your self-promotion but just find posting links to your own shit pretty stupid. Take the humble approach and let the work find its own links. If its good and people are paying attention it will get positive feedback. And people, stop fighting. Remember this.
