I don't think that McD's is totally missing the boat so-to-speak with this one though ---- there must be some stats or something that shows that the demographic they are targetting RESPONDS to this sort of thing --- so why the hell not. If the people targetted by advert campaigns like this weren't actually responding to it maybe it wouldn't happen? I'm just being devil's advocate here.... but I think many mass audiences actually do eat this pop culture ridiculousness up
