use the name of the business in the page title, meta tags, and use the no script tag to place relevant content for spiders. it will help if his domain name also has his business name ie www.web-design-team.com etc
meta tags are used for ranking on keywords but will help with the company name on a keyword.
you can also check out the macromedia flash optimistation tool which will output content from yr swf for the spider to read. it was in beta the last time i looked.
