  lyrek, you are quite lucky to be able to threaten printers and to expect them to have InDesign.... :)
  The older generation (and those have the big names, experiences AND clients) threaten you with Quark. It sucks not to be able to open some really important files which were created in Quark. InDesign cannot handle them (well, at least in my short experience)......

  Have never SEEN Quark. But I do like ID.
