    lovepill: you're in a really good neg. position because you have power over the word "no". You should ideally never walk into a negotiation without being willing to walk away, otherwise you're not actually negotiating, but haggling a little.

    i totally agree, the ball is in my hand and my reality is i can always freelance forever, and take what i want, its them that approached me, not the other way around. its them that is needy not myself, i am just waiting to see if they bite, if not, like you said i can always walk away. and i do have the position to do just that if need be.
