honestly... it looks dated and unbalanced. all the elements feel like they're fighting with each other.
if its a site which delivers "art on demand" why do you have images of meeting/conference rooms on the main page... play up the art more.
i agree with jevad about the blues... pick one and roll with it... if you need anotehr blue keep it in the same tonal range or use screens of the same blue.
