forcetwelve, I don't use fontlab, and don't really need to kern on the pixel fonts. This Also is sort of kerned within the face... but I'd suggest looking into the Ruder spacing pairs and stuff like that. typofile.com has/had good info. It's hard to know when to stop, and even on the most well known fonts I still feel the need to kern manually.
And, sorry to say, I'm not giving any more out for free. Wouldn't really be fair to the people paying.
