1. person gives one photo of a tattoo (or something drawn on them) - this replaces a regular face photo that may be shown
2. same person rights a short paragraph on what they would want to say seriously say to the rest of the world (encouragement, advice, etc.)
these will be taken from everyone that participates....laid out on a page and designed together cohesively...
on a site the page will show all tattoos and as you click each one it will show what that person left as their short paragraph.
as a poster, since it will all be photos of tattoos designed together, it will be like a mark or symbol of everyone participating, and essentially look like one big piece of art work.
