The space is a large 1600sf 4BR loft w/ a huge living area, another living/office area, 1 bath w/ washer&dryer, kitchen, & freight elevator in apt.The building is a huge warehouse covered in graffiti art in the heart of Williamsburg between the 1st and 2nd stops on the L (Bedford/ Lorimer).
I am also open to renting the rooms out as an office or a quiet studio.
