wow politics makes people angry. anway, JAzX those figures that you gave about imprisonment is true. u know why though? most of it are un-violent crimes. marijuana dealing, coke dealing etc; of course with minimum sentences in place getting caught with a small ounce of substance gets u fucked. plus alot of them im sure are innocent but like you say
"You can get the best defense you can by." now noting most of these ppl dont have money stashed away to pay those extremely high lawyer fees for a good lawyer and get a public annointed shit lawyer, then you'll know what im talking about. Plus when u think aout the south and when there on the jurys, its not really "a jury of your peers."
