JazX - you lived in SA right? I've been there and I can tell any do-gooder that a certain amount of distrust towards the black community over there might just save your life/ property or possesions. While I think Jax might be overreacting this time I can see why he's saying it.
Are they pre-disposed to crime and violence? Maybe - but I think that's just a product of the hardship and discrimination inflicted on upon them since fuck-knows when - not because the black man just cant help stealing stuff.
So... I guess I blame it on everyone.
